If for any reason you are not completely satisfied—whether it’s a fit issue, a change of mind, or simply not what you expected—we offer 100% Free Returns within 30 days of delivery. We do not charge restocking fees or return shipping costs.
2. How the Return Process Works
Returning your item is simple and hassle-free. Follow these three steps:
Request a Label: Contact us at support@shopingdelight.com with your order number.
Download & Print: Our support team will generate a pre-paid return shipping label and send it to your email. Simply download the file and print it out.
Ship It Back: Attach the label to your package and drop it off at the nearest carrier location (USPS or UPS). You won’t have to pay a cent at the counter.
3. Item Conditions for Return
To ensure a full refund, please make sure the dress meets the following requirements:
The item must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
All original tags must still be attached to the garment.
Items should be returned in their original packaging to avoid damage during transit.
4. Refund Timeline
Once your return package is received at our facility in USA, we will inspect it within 2 business days. After inspection:
A full refund (including the original $6.99 shipping fee if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method.
Processing: Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your bank or credit card company to reflect the credit on your statement.
