1. Our Cancellation Policy
If you decide to cancel your order, we offer a hassle-free refund if the request is made within 12 hours of your purchase.
Before Processing: If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we can cancel it and provide a full refund to your original payment method.
After Processing: If your order is already with the carrier, cancellation is no longer possible. For returns, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.
2. Changing Order Details
Need to adjust the shipping address or swap sizes? We’re happy to assist as long as your order is still with us.
Address Changes: If you made a mistake with your shipping address, contact us within 12 hours for corrections.
